At Udman Hotels, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which reservations may be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- Free Cancellation: Reservations cancelled [48 hours/72 hours, or as per the specific unit policy] prior to the check-in date* are eligible for a full refund.
- No-Show: Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will be charged for the entire stay or first night’s room charge (as applicable).
If a guest checks out earlier than the booked departure date, charges may apply for the unused nights, as per booking terms.
- Changes to reservations (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
- Any modification must be requested at least [48 hours] before arrival*.
- Some special offers, promotional rates, or advance purchase bookings may be non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued for such bookings under any circumstances.
For group reservations (more than 5 rooms), separate cancellation terms may apply. Please contact our reservations team for details.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [7–14 business days] through the original method of payment.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation charges.
